Local flower delivery for our “Exclusive Line” is provided by us or a designated courier. Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. We cannot guarantee same day delivery. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed. Normal delivery hours can be between 9:00AM and 7:00PM.
We want you to be satisfied. If you feel the item delivered is unsatisfactory we will pick up and replace the product, pick it up and refund your money or offer you a partial credit and let you keep the delivered product. Because of the perishable nature of flowers all we ask is that you contact us within 3 days of delivery with the details of your complaint
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. There shall be no substitution in the size or shape of arrangement.
Order forms are encrypted prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. All the personal information that you send us (including credit card numbers, names, addresses, and telephone numbers are encrypted so that your private information cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the Internet.

Anonymous Email Addresses
We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone who registers on the Website with an anonymous email provider. In our experience, these are not legitimate registrations and therefore will be terminated by us.

We offer gift cards for use on our Website, on our “Exclusive Line” only. These gift cards do not apply to any orders placed for National Delivery. National Delivery orders are handled by our partner Florist One. They handle their own payments and customer service.
We accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa – Mastercard – American Express – Discover. We use Paypal for payments. You do not have to have a paypal account to use your credit card. We also can take your credit card over the phone.
All of our local “Exclusive Line” orders will be assessed a local delivery charge. The fees are between $15 and $20 depending on the location. If sending more than one item to the same location on a single order, only one delivery charge will be assessed.
